Whether you're an undergraduate or post-graduate, we offer internships to students who are keen to learn while still in college, we'll help you participate in a variety of roles, including those of an actual full-time consultant. Our internships allow students to work on helping real companies solve real world problems, while discovering your untapped potential. The hands-on consulting experience also prepares the students with relevant work experience to take forth and apply in their future career.
Our internship roles are available for students who have completed their third year of undergraduate study. We look for students that demonstrate leadership, strong academic performance, motivation and involvement on campus, and an interest in a consulting career. Our interns get first-hand exposure to the roles and responsibilities of an entry-level consultant and in many cases are actually working on client engagements.
Based on your interests and skills, you can build deep skills in one or more of our functional specialties:
- Recruitment
- Human resource management
- Sales & Marketing
- Business Development
- Customer relationship management
- Performance management
