We manage the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through the on boarding of the new hire, including staff, technology, method and reporting. Vendor On Premise (VOP) or Hybrid RPO

Vendor On Premise (VOP) is nothing but a hybrid RPO where the vendor sends an on-site recruiter on the client's premises. They are concerned with filling the labor needs and requirements of the client. A Vendor on Premise (VOP) is defined as on-site coordination of a customer's temporary help services through an exclusive, long-term general contractor relationship with a temporary help company.

AZ7 Global VOP on site coordinator will work as a full time virtual employee of client organization (doing all the work that client would expect a recruiter to do and leveraging the team of recruiters to provide backend support).
